Bargeon, Jr., appellant here, defendant and counter-claimant in the trial court, from a final decree entered by the Chancellor granting the defendant an absolute divorce on his counterclaim on the grounds of adultery and other misconduct of the appellee here, plaintiff and counter-defendant in the trial court, but awarding to her the custody of the minor child of the parties, approximately two years of age. No alimony or support money was allowed.
